Jeff Tumpowsky
Jeff joined ACME Strategy in 2017 and leads our Alliances and Transformation practice.
Jeff has a passion for working with clients to develop alternative distribution and sales channels, prioritize capital investment projects, develop digital strategies and transformation plans, and develop experience strategy to drive revenue, customer experience metrics, and overall growth. His professional background covers more than twenty years of experience building businesses within larger entities for software, hardware, and consulting firms.
Jeff has the unique background of delivering significant top-line revenue growth across several different industries and delivery of business outcomes through effective execution of vision. His work is grounded in a fact based strategic plan of business case development, thoughtful assumptions and outcomes-based measurement through implementation and running the business.
Jeff’s work experiences include focus in several verticals including financial services, healthcare and technology, optimizing distribution channels and functional areas including digital innovation with a focus on his client’s customer. While his experience is varied, it has been focused on functions to grow top line revenue organically or to identify alliance, merger or acquisition targets. Core competencies include sales effectiveness, marketing, partner channel development, and innovation around digital transformation.
Jeff’s career began at Legg Mason within their brokerage operation and continued with business strategy, process optimization and customer focus within Accenture’s management consulting division. With the foundation of experience across financial services industry, Jeff has added to his knowledge by working for some of the most innovative technology companies including Microsoft, Xerox, Cisco and Portrait Software in business development, strategic alliances and direct sales roles always aligning his efforts to the top line growth of his customer. During his tenure he has worked with large, global enterprises, mid-market companies and start-up firms. He considers himself an intrapreneur developing new businesses within larger organizations throughout his career.
Jeff is an active part of the innovation community in the northeast, actively participating in discussions and events that are at the intersection of business and technology including but not limited to blockchain, IoT, and customer experience.
