Dan O’Neil
Dan founded ACME Strategy LLC. in 2010. He founded the firm to provide strategic and transactional consulting services that complement a client’s core strengths.
Strategically, Dan has worked with companies to maximize growth and profitability through organic growth and new business initiatives as well as through cost savings activities. Dan also provides transactional services to his clients. These services include Mergers & Acquisitions advisory to both buyers and sellers. In addition Dan works with companies to raise public and private equity and debt capital.
Dan’s past and current clients participate in a diverse range of industries, with a focus on growth: communications services and systems, consumer technology, education, government, healthcare, Internet commerce, software, semiconductors and more. His clients have included public and private corporations, other consultancies, financial institutions, hospitals, municipalities, venture capital firms and others.
Prior to ACME, Dan’s professional background composed roles in business development, finance and investment banking. He has worked at companies such as BT Alex. Brown, Deutsche Bank Securities, Energy Services Group, Siebel Systems and Signal Hill Capital Group.
Dan graduated with an AB from Harvard College and has an MBA from Stanford University.
